Acts 28:23 "He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Yeshua (Jesus) " It appears that reading from the law and the prophets on the Sabbath Day would have been a custom for Yeshua and Paul. The law is the first 5 books of the bible and the prophets are the rest of what many call the "Old" Testament. However, there's nothing "old" about it. It's active, living, useful, and in use today. So, this reading from the law and the prophets would be a good start to observing the Sabbath Day. For those who are already observing the Sabbath similar to what is detailed in the book, I believe this will be very useful in understanding the Hebrew texts. The color coding of the English translation and transliteration paired with the Hebrew text will be very helpful to most readers to understand what is being spoken in Hebrew. This book contains practical ways to observe the Sabbath similar to the way that Yeshua and Paul would have observed the Sabbath. There's no precise, detailed, step by step, way shown in the bible to observe the Sabbath. The apostle Paul states in Colossians 2:16 "therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day". This book contains an order of worship for the Sabbath Day with prayers and songs in Hebrew translated and transliterated to English. Bible verses have vowel points. The cantillation marks that are shown in many Hebrew bibles are not shown in this text because more often than not it confuses new Hebrew learners to who this text is intended. Songs for worship in Hebrew translated and transliterated to English along with color coding for ease of knowing which English word corresponds to its Hebrew counterpart. As bonus material, we have a few very interesting word studies from the Hebrew text.
