Energy Efficiency Guide for Existing Commercial Buildings: The Business Case for Building Owners and Managers

The first installment of a three-part series, this Guide presents the business case for energy efficiency to building owners and managers. It provides the rationale for making economic decisions to improve and sustain energy efficiency in existing buildings. It helps building owners evaluate current operations and conduct the economic analysis necessary to make wise decisions regarding improvements.
