Based on the author's screenplay of the same name, FLAIL is an adult fairy tale imbued with historical revisionism, fantasy, and magical realism coalescing into a mini epic mystery thriller. It's a compelling story of family, love, loss, and redemption infused with riffs of Bible black humour. While FLAIL's reluctant hero initially appears to have played too much Rugby without a crash helmet, his grit and bravery, his love of family, and his inherited gift of arcane prescience, cannot be easily dismissed.
