Although photography is his chosen profession, he is an enthusiastic amateur cook.Kay Fairfax has written successful books on food, gardening, catering, and craft. A Cordon Bleu trained chef, she has hands-on experience on all facets of the food business, from running a restaurant to professional catering and producing homemade foods for stores. Born in Australia, she now lives in Wiltshire, England.
