In one year's time, seventeen year old Conall will rule the Seelie half of Faery. To prove his worth, he and six of his friends set out on a quest: to slay the terror-drakon that has tormented Faery since its escape from the Inbetween during the Throne Wars. Reluctantly, Conall invites Rory, queen of the Unseelie court, to accompany them on their journey. Along the way, friendships are renewed and romances are kindled. To survive the enemies plotting against them, they need to work together. But Faery is a dangerous place to travel.
