It's hard to believe that only last year, Ron thought that he was a normal teenager, with nothing bigger to worry about than getting into art school. He certainly never expected to find himself alone and on the run from faerie courts and vampires alike. After months spent fruitlessly searching for Morgan, Ron is now homeless and adrift in a city he calls No Return. Following a wild night with the local spell-seller, he awakens to find that he's painted a mural that depicts the final scenes of his life. With his future laid out before him in gruesome detail, it's up to Ron to find a way to keep himself alive as the scenes he's painted begin to unfold.
