You are about to read a true story. Telling how through my dreams, which I turned into paintings in order to survive my friend's death and find God's love for me through the tear. It's how a man with dyslexia was able to acquire knowledge without being able to read or spell. Knowledge defined as facts, information, and skills acquired by a person through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. Knowledge like the rain barrel when placed underneath a dripping faucet. As each drop hits the container, drip, by drip, by drip, it begins to fill. Knowledge is like each drop; containing a small story of a time in a person's life. Also symbolic of each story God sent to me to live over time, to share with the world; drip, drip, drip. Like a newborn baby at birth, this is an empty vessel ready to be filled with God,s love and knowledge. We all have to make sure when we fill these tiny vessels, it is with pure clear water drops. In order for when they grow up, they have a clear view to make life's decisions on which path to follow in life. We all have to be careful not to use dirty water with mud in it, which settles in their souls, not allowing them the ability to see a clear path to follow in life. Years after I painted the second dream entitled "The Crystal Ball" I understand now God's message in it about unconditional love. Like the figure in the center of the painting holding up a crystal ball, which is symbolic of every drop of knowledge God sent to me every day. It's also symbolic of every teardrop that fell from my eyes. Each teardrop holds its own laughter, joy, happiness, pain, and loss story that created it. The same way God has sent me, my own stories to share with each soul on earth about his unconditional love for mankind. No teardrop was formed from the same reason, as well as no soul was formed for the same reason in life. By listening to your heart and trusting in God asking him what your path is in life, he will show you if you listen and believe in him. Remember each drop of water or knowledge you catch in life builds your soul stronger and remember fear springs from ignorance. Defined as a lack of knowledge or awareness in general; uneducated or unsophisticated. The word ignorant is an adjective that describes a person in a state of being unaware and can describe individuals who deliberately ignore or disregard important information or facts. This was the way I felt most of my life until I got help to return to college in order to write this book. I painted from age six but after one of my painting was on the cover of a national horse magazine everyone wanted their horses and dogs painted. I asked God giving him thanks for my gift from him to show me what he wanted me to paint for him because I wanted to paint what was in my heart. God in a dream said he would show me what to do but I was not alow to share this with anyone until he gave me a sign. This is how my love letter from God started. I hope you enjoy this first book that explains my journey down my path of life like Dorothy did when she followed the yellow brick road with her friends. My grandmother would say if you have five true friends in life you are a rich man. If you enjoy my story please pass it on to others because we all need to love each other to survive this life.
