Things My Dad Said is a special project to me. I take writing retreats a few times a year and often my Dad has told me, "a writer's gotta write." In all my years of writing I had not ever taken notice of all the wonderful things that my own Dad has taken the time to share with the world.I shared something with my Dad and he took the time to pen a response to me and then also posted a version of the response on Facebook.
