Russian Artificial Intelligence Risk: National Intelligence Estimate-March_2019 (Artificial Intelligence Architectures)

Artificial Intelligence is both a disruptive and assistive technology that will impact humanity in a profound manner. As a matter of National Security, nations must ensure the intelligence, or cognitive capabilities of their nation's computing infrastructure evolves. Evolution must occur in a nation's militaries, governing systems, election systems, critical infrastructures and systems necessary for daily existence. Along with a nation supporting their own technological cognitive evolution, they must also assess the status of other nation's cognitive computing capabilities to understand the risk to their security. In this edition of the Artificial Intelligence Architectures series, Russia's Artificial Intelligence capabilities are assessed in the context of Kinetic Warfare, Cyber Warfare and Cyber supported Information Warfare.
