Footsteps on the shore

Andy Horton knows it's Friday the thirteenth when he wakes to find his Harley has been vandalized and his boss has returned early from her latest reassignment. Then, convicted murderer Luke Felton, out on parole, is reported missing. A decomposed corpse is washed up in Portsmouth Harbor, but before Horton can get a grip on either case, he's called to the scene of a brutal murder. Things are about to get much worse.
