A King has been served a Royal Inspection letter, like some kind of MOT for Kings and goes through a series of tests of his royal pedigree of the most ridiculous and amusing kind. The general ridiculousness of all this is enhanced by worry and loyalty of the jungle beast followers. I am somehow addicted by this madness and by the children's outrageous giggling, I may have to venture to buy another installment.This is one of the cutest children's books I have read in a very long time. I am simply absorbed by the character of this childish and rather silly King. It's brought together in a magical almost Disney way of a story riddled with drama and comedy. Fabulous, but I believe the artist once worked for the Disney giant, so no surprise there. Highly recommended.'Kieron Seamons is an Irish born established Animation Director.
