The Holy Ghost & the Second Comforter Volume VII: Modern Musings on Mormon Doctrine

This book is volume 7 of the Modern Musings on Mormon Doctrine series. The first part of this book will define who the Holy Ghost is, and his mission. Part two of this book will explain what the Second Comforter is, and how to seek after it. "Modern Musings on Mormon Doctrine" are my field guides to life for Latter-day Saints. They are an eclectic collection of classic Mormon theology for the common man, from a modern perspective. Obtuse readers need not read. Yet, the open minded may find pearls of great price, which pique your interests with the slightly obscure, uncommon, sacrosanct, and gnostic knowledge found herein. In yesteryear, referred to as repositories, tomes, or perhaps as in the study of things found in nature, a field guide. Designed lovingly to pass wisdom on to my posterity, but presented to others for their bemusement, enlightenment, amazement, or even befuddlement, whatever it might be. Among other things, I will extrapolate the origin story according to Mormonism's mythos, with a guided journey through the beginning sparks of genesis; before your spirit was a spirit. Not to be confused with the usual milk toast, laborious lessons of drab, inconsequential candyfloss for your ears, our world has grown so accustomed to and welcomed. There are no feel good, trivial stories herein to be found. Buckle up for the meat portion of your diet.
