Two children flee after witnessing their robot nannyÕs murder by assassins. A group of detectives, including an alien consultant, and led by a grizzled genius in a hat he calls ÔSherlock,Õ set out to solve the crime and find the kids - only to end up in a strange new underwater world of possibly untrustworthy 'merpeople.'
