How I Saw God Through My Children

If you only see God as this mystic being, one who can neither be touched nor seen, who we run, or try to hide away from when we feel "unworthy," this book is for you. It takes you on a journey from seeing God as unreachable, to bringing Him closer, helping you see Him from a relational perspective, the same way children relate with their parents and vice versa.. For a long time, I struggled with my relationship with God, even when I knew He wanted a relationship with me. Growing up, God was this distant being in heaven I prayed to when I sinned and when I needed something. He was not to be seen or touched, neither could I experience Him. After I became a mother, I began to see God through my relationship with my children, it started to make more sense to me and my transformational relationship with God, which is still under development, began.. This book was birthed to help others that may have gone through this same experience to start seeing God from a different view, with the hope of bringing them closer to Him.
