The hotel under the sand

Nine-year-old Emma loses everything she has in a fearsome storm and finds herself alone in the wildernerss of the Dunes, an area desolate after the mysterious disappearance of a resort known as the Grand Wendlocke. It has been a hundred years since the resort disappeared, but now it is beginning to stir, and Emma and an odd assortment of friends seek an answer to the mystery.
