So, it's no surprise when TJ Trapper becomes a victim. TJ's dad is a school counselor, and he knows a few tips for stopping bullies. With his dad's help, TJ Trapper becomes a bully zapper! He's on a mission to rid his school of bullying behaviors. TJ's fourth grade class hasn't had any luck convincing Ms. Perry to let them have a pet. But somehow, Livvy changed her mind! Livvy gets to pick the pet and she's decided on a goldfish--AGAIN! Ethan's tired of being a bottom-feeder and decides to get the entire class to freeze Livvy out. Although TJ doesn't want a fish either, he knows it's not right to ignore Livvy.
