Chet and Bernie get a glimpse of the show dog world when they investigate threats against a pampered pooch named Princess. At first, the case seems like a lark, but it soon turns serious when Princess and her owner are kidnapped. To make matters worse, Bernie's girlfriend, Susie Sanchez, disappears, too
Then, Chet is separated from Bernie and has an adventure of his own. Ranging from a desert ghost town to a chichi dog show, can Chet prove himself a blue-ribbon winner and save the day?
