Wonderfully Written and Drawn

Hit 1955 is the first installment in a wonderful series that is being built by Bryce Carlson and Vanessa Del Rey. I found the art visually stunning. It really brought out the atmosphere and mood of the 50's L.A. crime scene. I found the story very interesting and original, considering this is a time period that has been done a few times in books, television, and movies. The characters stay with you and the end leaves you wondering what happens next. Read more
