School is out for the summer! Tank's family has rented a cottage at Short Sands Beach in York, Maine. Now that they've all bonded after meeting some ghosts, Gil and Joey came along for the fun. York residents are well aware of the 18th-century ship that's buried beneath Short Sands Beach. Every few decades, a severe storm will uncover it, and it's happened again. Local residents know to leave the boat alone, but Tank, Gil, and Joey don't know that! While exploring the wreck, they are transported back in time and onto the sinking ship! Will the boys wash up on Short Sands Beach in the past or present?
