Stinky and Stan have finally become full-fledged members of the Buzzards and are headed to Spruce Mountain for a camping trip! Aside from enjoying the great outdoors, the boys are charged with the task of earning a variety of achievement patches. But when the boys meet another "troop" looking to collect their own achievement patches, will Stinky and Stan be able to protect themselves? Or, will there be another “Grosse” misunderstanding?
