Excellent resource

I have several of Callais-Germaine's books and really like them all. I have practiced and taught Pilates for 20+ years, but I have found that with my older clients and clients with back injuries, the hyper-flexion exercises of Piilates are not appropriate. This book won't give you a super rigourous workout, but it will be a safe workout. Read more
