Continuing his quest to rescue his brother, Teppei and X come face to face with one of the Machine Empire's Four Spirit Generals. Teppei and X don't stand a chance against him, as X has been unable to reach full power. Meanwhile, Kotaro is faced with destruction that will be wrought by the B't Raphaello if he does not join the Machine Empire and help them stop him.
