Text-Sound Texts

Poet Charles Stein presents a gathering of drawings, performance scores, and "text-sound texts" that he has used over the past twenty-five years as provocations for improvised performances in experimental theater (Seattle's "On the Boards," New York's "New Image Theater") , university, and literary contexts. These are attractive visual works in their own right. The book is designed in collaboration with master book-designer, Susan Quasha.
