Little Otter was born at the edge of the big, blue sea, but he's afraid to dive into the water. One day when his mother must swim under the sea to find food, she leaves Little Otter behind. While he waits, Little Otter meets up with many of his friends, but he still misses his mommy. When a big storm appears, Little Otter must overcome his fears in order to find his mother.
