According to Charles Steffes, the American tax system can be vastly improved. After years of grudgingly paying his taxes, calculated on the basis of a system he never believed in, this author decided to take action. I.R.S. Terminated describes not only his breakthrough ideas, but the people and events in his life that inspired him to develop a tax system that could make the I.R.S. obsolete.
