Ability Impaired is about an event that changed my life forever and the events that led to it. On March 3, 2013, I was involved in a high speed chase from local authorities ( Rockland County Sheriffs, New York State Police, and Clarkstown Police Department) that started inn New City, New York, and went all the way down near the New Jersey border, and back up, finally coming to an end in West Nyack, New York, in/on the property of a resident. This landed me in jail, of course, and I was ultimately sentenced to 2 years in New York State Prison with 2 years post-release. This book goes back to as early as I can remember, and highlights my life and things that may have been catalysts to my incarceration in New York State Prison.
