Never heard of the pooka? Neither had I until one of them turned up on my doorstep. Pooka's are a hobgoblin from Irish folklore, and they can cause any amount of trouble if you're not careful. It's difficult to spot a pooka. They can change themselves into any animal imaginable - only people they consider to be friends ever get to see them as they really are. Which animal they are disguising themselves as is hard to spot, once you're the friend of the pooka - all you see is a little man who keeps wearing different hats and having funny ears.
