Shelly Anderson has seen a lot of creepy people at the Zephyr Public Library where she is an assistant librarian, and now one of those people is stalking her. Even Shelly is not safe at the carnival when the stalker shows up with an army of zombie clowns. As if that’s not stressful enough, her winged horse is seriously injured and someone has stolen a forbidden book on necromancy from the library. With the help of her boyfriend, Eddie Van Helsing, Shelly must find a way to stop her creepy, but elusive stalker with as few surprises as possible.
