Detail oriented

I purchased the original strength training anatomy years ago. It was such a great training guide, I handed out numerous copies to friends in the gym. I am not a bodybuilder, but a triathlete. This book was truly an asset in competing. I purchased this newer book and it is a great compliment to the strength training anatomy book. This is the two best books on the market for anyone serious about their training and health. Already tweaked some routines for core strength and have realized results. Read more
