On remote island, scientists discover an exotic plant, which they hope will lead to a medical breakthrough. Instead, when they return to Washington, D.C., the rare fauna brings on a monstrous breakout. The sinister sorceress, CIRCE, attacks the city with her magical malice. Even WONDER WOMAN, the PRINCESS OF THE AMAZONS, can't escape her cruel charms, and if the LASSO OF TRUTH won't set her free, the capital city will soon become CIRCE'S domain.
