This book was written to help people understand that its okay to lose faith in yourself as well as He who created you. Everyone goes through hurt and pain, and everyone experiences the misfortunes that comes along with it. Trying to hide it is not a solution, neither is keeping it to yourself. The best way to get past it is to express it either in words or on paper. The Lord will not judge you because you had a relapse in your faith for Him, and I guarantee you He will not deny you as His child due to the fact that you came to a point where you got tired and stopped believing. He knows well that we all have bad days and that we will eventually doubt His existence, but that is no reason whatsoever to feel as though you are no longer worthy of His grace or His blessings. We all get that faith back someday. All you have to do is keep believing that it'll get better, and it will. After all, He doesn't put more on you than you can bear.
