Stephen Lee Neal was born in 1962 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In order to conquer his personal battle with addiction, he attended the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Maryland and Georgetown University. As an addiction, education and employment specialist in his private counseling practice, Neal Medical Systems, Stephen is helping addicts and co-dependents of all ages conquer their addictions.
