Monkey See, Monkey Do at the Zoo

Picture Stories is a new line of books which uses pictures (rather than words) to present stories to young children. Children aged two and up can enjoy Picture Stories, by “reading” the pictures, which enables them to “tell” the story in their own words.  Monkey See, Monkey Do at the Zoo presents the story of Mimic the Monkey, who mimics the behavior of other animals in the zoo before finding what he does best. Any child can “read” this story by telling their own version of what is happening in the pictures and each time the story will be different.  This concept helps very young children enjoy books and expands their imagination in the process.
