Author Loucas Zouppas was born in Greece, but has spent more than twenty years in Calgary, Alberta. Loucas has found much to inspire his broad creativity on the high prairie at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Canada's picturesque west. Creativity infuses his soul, and he has drawn much inspiration from this new land. But, like any true Greek, the Mediterranean passions of the Old World are still deeply rooted. From his Magic Cottage studio, Loucas produces paintings and poetry, in addition to savory culinary delights such as are presented here.
