Deadly Vows

On the surface, the town of Rockport, Illinois, is a quiet, medium-sized community. But the year before, the citizens had been terrorized by a series of grisly murders that continued unabated for months. Eventually, the killers were apprehended, and the people settled back to their normal existence. But when several young women are brutally murdered and mutilated, it seems that yet another killer (or killers) has taken up where the others left off. Once again, the police department and the district attorney must try to apprehend the murderer before he can claim any more lives.
