Recreation Vacations is a small travel agency located in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., area. It specializes in putting together two- and three-day weekend getaways for inner-city folks looking for a little adventure. Their most popular package is a ski weekend in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Three men from the Baltimore area are planning on using this trip as cover for a million-dollar cocaine deal. Everything is set. That is, until a greedy bartender takes advantage of a golden opportunity, setting into motion a chaotic sequence of events.
