Learned What I Needed and My Head Didn't Explode!

A well organized and informative book that helped me quickly understand what I needed to know to decide what type of business model to use. It goes over many different types (sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, C corporation, S corporation...) and gives you the pros and cons of each. It did a good job of explaining the legal and tax issues without giving me a headache! That's saying something as I am not a lawyer or an accountant and reading things like this are usually a pain... not so with this book. Read more
