Crafts editor Anastasia Pollack's dead louse of a husband left her nothing but bills, so she takes a part- time job leading a crafts class at Sunnyside Assisted Living Center. When one of the craftier residents, Lyndella Wegner, turns up dead, Anastasia's cantankerous mother- in- law becomes a prime suspect. Anastasia discovers that Lyndella was more despised than her X- rated dryer- lint paintings. And her scandalous past may just help solve the murder.
