The original Anxiety Report chronicles a year in the life of Shane T. Spiker, a behavior analyst, student, parent, husband, and more. He spends a year recording his thoughts and feelings through a behavioral lens, sharing his experiences as they come to him. Unedited, unapologetic, sometimes uninspired, but honest, emotional, and sometimes funny, Shane tells the story of what it's (kind of) like to be a behavior analyst, day by day, 365 days a year. This expanded edition includes the original Anxiety Report as well as Shane's reflections since the release of the book and additional writings. He still thinks it's a good idea.
