Fostering Kenny tells the story of a child who was as damaged by the foster care system as he was by his negligent mother. While in our home for four short years, he made a huge impression on all he touched. He was taken by the workers who should have been protecting him. God only knows what happened after that. The system failed. It still fails these emotionally fragile children.
