Le Kiwi Tour D'Afrique

This is a Kiwi mountainbiker's story of a race and an adventure across 11,000 kilometres of African roads. The journey crosses 10 African countries, and contains all the elements of danger and excitement that you would expect from these countries. Armed holdups, typhoid, malaria, 50 degree heat and elephant charges are all in the mix. The story also records the passage through the turmoil of the split of North and South Sudan, and the 2011 Egyptian Revolution.
