In this work the Author considers the structure of the reaction of the external world, which is similar to the Soul. In fact, in the evolutionary development, the action of the Soul, based on the principles and methods, is retained for infinite time. Therefore, when we consider a similar system in the external world, we can quite simply evaluate and apply the methods of development of evolution, which are in the fact that the future information is considered firstly, as universal information, and as a consequence of this principle, is considered as private information in a particular place.
