Commune with Your Heart: The Only Way to Find Peace, Joy and Happiness

An inherent desire of everyone is inner serenity, peace, love, joy and happiness, which is the sole purpose for the teachings of Jesus and the prophets of the Old Testament. We experience peace, joy and happiness when we know the truth that sets us free. We discover truth by being still and communing - and understanding - with our heart, what David the Psalmist said to do about 3,000 years ago. We naturally live in harmony with truth when we do what James (brother of Jesus) said to do: "Purify your hearts, ye double minded." We purify our heart by being still and communing with our heart. There is no other way!
