Grandma's Down-Home Recipes

This is the second edition of Grandma's Down-Home Recipes. The first edition was written 28 years ago. The book has been retyped and 30 pages added. The book is devoted to the author's mother (referred to as Grandma in the book} and shows the author learning the secrets of down-home cooking. It ended up that Grandma's commentary was just as interesting as her cooking. Not only does it tell how Grandma prepared her food, but how she didn't like it prepared. It is a recipe book you can sit down and read even if you don't cook. (it's entertaining)
