Although the Pomeranian looks like a tiny powder-puff, inside lurks the heart of a lion. These smart, sassy, and confident dogs have a personality that belies their diminutive stature. They love nothing more than strutting their stuff and seem to have no concept of their actual size. It's no wonder these active, loyal dogs have ranked in the American Kennel Club's (AKC) top 20 of dog registrations for the past 15 years.
