Mug Meals in Minutes

Before I found this cookbook I was eating very little for breakfast and lunch. An Atkins bar and cup of coffee for breakfast and maybe yogurt for lunch. Now that I've found out about mug meals I can make myself a nice lunch in minutes. I'm using a Corningware 20-Ounce Oven Safe Meal Mug with Vented Lid, French White and I find that much better than the 12- to 16-ounce mugs this cookbook calls for. For one, you are less likely to mess up the microwave from spills and things boiling over. It is also less difficult to stir chicken and vegetables together. I wasn't sure I'd like using canned vegetables but they were not bad at all. This cookbook is rather multicultural with recipes to love from many countries. There are recipes like Thai-Style Beef and Peppers and Gnocchi with Mushrooms and Sage. Really everything in this cookbook looks delicious. Some of the things I found helpful rem...
