Summertime Blues

Lous continuing plans to match her mom up with Richard, the bohemian guy who lives across the hall, are foiled by a mandatory family trip to stay with her grandmother in the most boring town on the planet. Getting the cat into a carrier is only the start of their summertime problems. Gram has her own plan afoot to match up Lous mom with a successful local doctor. And things only get more complicated from there. For one, Gram serves nothing but Brussels sprouts. For another, Lou finds herself making a summer sport of putting her foot in her mouth (who knew she was so acrobatic? ) .
