There is no such thing as privacy in Lake Eden, but Hannah never thought things would go this far. Everyone has been telling her what to do ever since she got not one, but two marriage proposals. The votes are evenly divided between Detective Mike Kingston and town dentist Norman Rhodes. Then movie mania takes over and Lake Eden locals turn into local Hollywood wannabees. Suddenly, Hannah finds herself serving up treats for cast and crew, including ex college crush Ross Barton, who's now a Hollywood producer (and who's turned into quite a treat himself) and ever demanding director Dean Lawrence. Who has a hankering for cherry cheesecake. Everything seems to be right on schedule until Dean demonstrates a suicide scene with a prop gun that turns out to be lethal.
