Justice League of America: Exterminators

A sudden spike in the number of new metahumans, concentrated in the United Kingdom, is cause enough for Batman to call a meeting of the Justice League of America. Only a very few of the new super-powered people have created villainous havoc, but if you have the level of paranoia Batman possesses, you don't take any chances. Having mapped out with painstaking detail the location and apparent bent of each new metahuman (using color-coded points of light on a holographic map) , Batman urges the League to investigate.
