The second edition of Scott's A-to-Z reference for attorneys and researchers updates terminology in a field that's already expanded since the guide came out a year ago. Most of the entries come from statutes, regulations, and court decisions; some are adapted from leading treatises and government reports. Scott teaches law at Southwestern U. and previously specialized in computer and intellectual property law as a partner in the Perkins Coie firm.
